We design the key elements of our plumbing and mechanical systems, perform conceptual engineering and provide preliminary budgets. We use the most current technology including Building Information Modeling (BIM). An integrated approach requires architects, owners and contractors to collaborate from the earliest planning stages to reduce the risks inherent in complex construction projects. Pre-construction services and our in-house 3D CAD coordination are valuable tools in this process.
