Warehouse/Driver

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in filling orders, receiving shipments and restocking materials
Become familiar with material and its location within the warehouse
Assist fellow employees with loading and unloading of trucks and material
Responsible for helping keep warehouse clean and organized
Must be able to work productively unsupervised
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Must have a valid drivers license and clean DMV
Plumbing background a plus


Union HVAC Technician

Minimum four years of experience in residential/light commercial troubleshooting for gas-fired heat, cooling and heat pump systems. Must be proficient in refrigeration piping and controls. Boiler and radiant experience a plus. Please contact Jeff Brown at (510) 549-5314.


Assistant Project Manager

L. J. Kruse Company is now accepting resumes for a full-time Assistant Project Manager. We are mechanical contractors with an emphasis on plumbing and piping. We do primarily new construction and renovations and specialize in hospital and healthcare projects. A large portion of work work is design/build and many of our projects are LEED registered. We are a family owned corporation and have been in business since 1916. This position offers room for growth and an excellent opportunity to be involved in the Bay Area construction industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work in a team environment on commercial and industrial plumbing and piping projects
Prepare submittals, work with design team towards approval of submittals and plumbing design
Obtain fixture/equipment quotes from vendors and procure materials
Attend job meetings and work with foremen, project managers and superintendents towards successful completion of projects
Manage, price and negotiate change orders and RFIs (Request for Information)
Manage project close-out including commissioning, warranties, and as built record drawings
Assist in estimating. Basic knowledge of CAD helpful

Requirements
Five years experience or degree in construction management preferred
Salary commensurate to experience
