David Kruse
President. LEED AP. Graduated UC Berkeley 1973. Apprenticed UA Local 444. Past President, Mechanical Contractors Association of America. Board of Directors, Plumbing Contractors of America. Member, IAMPO and ASPE. Oversees company-wide operations. License holder for C-36,16,4. With L.J. Kruse Company since 1973.
Andy Kruse
Executive Vice President. LEED AP. Graduated UC Berkeley 1978. Board of Directors, Northern California Mechanical Contractors Association. Member of Board of Trustees, Mechanical Contracting Education and Research Foundation (MCERF). Oversees company-wide operations including estimating, project management, accounting. Safety Committee Chair. Manages plumbing design/build division. Negotiates and procures major contract work. With Kruse since 1984.
Janell Yates
Vice President. BA, 1996, San Francisco State University. Oversees Service Divisions operations including accounting, dispatch and customer service. 11 years experience in office administration. Responsible for Marketing. With Kruse since 2001.
Gary Navo
Chief Estimator/Designer. LEED AP. Third generation plumber. BS, 1977, University of San Francisco. 2 years postgraduate education, University of California Berkeley. Served apprenticeship, UA local 444. Field Foreman 1984-1990. Member, American Society of Plumbing Engineers. Certified in Plumbing Design (CIPE) 1999. Member UA Local 342. With Kruse since 1979.
Karen Lown
Chief Financial Officer. Over 30 years experience in construction accounting. Oversees all financial management, IT system, and supervision of office personnel and procedures. Safety Committee member. With Kruse since 1992.
Steve Bergendahl
Service Manager. Over 30 years experience in plumbing and heating service and repair. Trained in hydronic and steam boilers, and controls and electrical. Member UA Local 342. Safety Committee member. Green Chamber of Commerce, Founding Member, Board of Directors. With Kruse since 1981.

Rob Harper
Estimator/Senior Project Manager. 30 years experience in plumbing industry. 15 years as field foreman. 15 years as estimator, project manager and owner of plumbing business. Member UA Local 159. Safety Committee member. With Kruse since 1997.
Greg Stewart
Field Supervisor/Estimator. Over 25 years experience in plumbing and heating service. Responsible for field service plumbers and department estimating. Member UA Local 342.With Kruse since 1999.
Shawn Knutson
