“I am writing to give you some feedback on a residential furnace replacement recently completed at our home. From Ryan, who originally came out on a service call, to Shawn , who provided the scope of work and estimate, to Joel, who lived at our house for 2 weeks (daytime only), we were tremendously satisfied with the thoughtful service provided to us. In addition to furnace replacement, I wanted to address the issue of heat distribution that had bothered me for years. Although Kruse was the highest estimate of all, it was clear that Shawn "got it." His plan for the new and improved duct system sounded the most likely to solve our problems.
