“I would like to tell you how pleased I am about the service I received from your company during our latest property management crisis. The call came in from our tenant - we had a leaking water main at our building in Montclair (of course that sounded horrible on the phone). EBMUD wouldn't touch it, even though they went to the scene, because it's on the "building side" of the water meter. I frantically called your service department, and was pleasantly surprised to hear that I would be meeting someone from L.J. Kruse Company within 45 minutes. FANTASTIC! Jake met me there, and soon Greg. The two of them immediately went to work and Greg had the break fixed within the hour, all the while providing comic relief - putting me at ease about my problem. The next day Tomas and Jose arrived, and had the sidewalk patched beautifully in no time. This was the greatest!! All of your people, including Tristan and Danielle back in the office, were so helpful and courteous. They all were truly interested in making my problem go away and in serving me in the most reassuring way. Thank you so much for being there; this was really a wonderful experience.
